My yoga class focuses on nurturing both physical health and mental well‑being. Through gentle postures (asanas) and mindful breathing (pranayama), we work toward a strong, flexible body and a calm, clear mind. It’s suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, especially those who enjoy longer holds, a slower pace, and a more meditative approach while still benefiting from a meaningful physical practice.

I’m a D1 softball player at Santa Clara University, and I’ve been around the game pretty much my whole life. Pitching is what I love, but coaching is a close second. I’m big on keeping things simple, building confidence, and actually helping pitchers understand what they’re doing — not just going through the motions. Whether it’s mechanics, mental approach, or just learning how to compete, my goal is to help every pitcher improve and enjoy the process. And I really do care about the kids I coach
"I just started working with her and she has helped me a lot. She makes me laugh and my lessons are always fun. She knows a lot about pitching, but she doesn’t make it sound confusing when she coaches me.

Stepping onto the pickleball court, I discovered more than just a game; I found a passion for teaching and sharing its joys. As an experienced player, I bring a year of dedicated coaching and a fun, approachable teaching style to every session, ensuring you learn and improve while enjoying every rally.
"That lesson gave clear, practical pointers and a solid plan for real skill growth, and I felt the bite-sized insights stick, Informative, indeed, so I’m eager to build on that progress.

"Dennis was a fantastic coach! I’ve tried many other coaches in the Bay Area and he is the only one that was actually a top ranked professional player. Many other claim to be but played 1 or 2 events and say they are. I learned more from Dennis in a month than I have with other coaches in a year.
