Hello my name is Alex .I love the game of basketball. I play 3 to 4 times a week with friends at the outdoor park .I love the competition .I play offense n defense pretty well .It's 1 of my favorite subjects to talk about with family n friends. I'm a huge golden state warriors fan and Michael Jordan fan. I'm a shooter on the court plus I like to pair up in the paint area .I usually get picked fast when I show up to the court .The regular guys know me because I show up to play. I'm pretty good .

With 30 years on the court, I cultivate fundamental skills and strategic thinking. I tailor programs to individual needs, fostering both competitive spirit and a love for the game. My passion lies in guiding athletes to reach their full potential on and off the court. From the professional level, collegiate, High School, to AAU...Coaching and training basketball has been a complete pleasure.

"C Rose was my college skills coach. During my time at school, she helped me to improve my game so much. English wasn't my first language, but we communicated through basketball. I highly recommend Coach Rose to any player at any level.

"“Training with Coach Tee has been one of the best things for me as an athlete. Every workout feels organized and challenging, but also fun. He explains things in a way that actually makes sense and helps you improve step by step. I’ve gained muscle, improved my conditioning, and became mentally tougher. He really cares about his athletes and wants everyone to succeed.”

I started played a little over seven years ago. I’ve toured professionally for around two year, through all the Hawaiian islands, Cali and Washington. I find nothing more exciting than music, and in truth, getting good at it is a lot easier than some make it out to be. If I could provide newcomers, or any level to some of the things I wish I would’ve know when I first started, I strongly believe it will help them to achieve whatever it is they want out of music.

"I think he is really good at music. He is so good at teaching me lessons. And I think that he should give me more lessons. And you should buy his lessons cause they are really good.
