Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. My goal is to create an environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and challenged. Since then, golf has been my constant companion, leading me to captain my high school golf team and all Riverside sport athlete of the year 2012. After high school I went to UCLA where I double majored in anthropology and philosophy, travelled the world, and continued to invest in my golf game. With a background in teaching and coaching, golf has become one of my favorite things to share with others. Its a lifelong passion that brings joy and fulfillment.
