My teaching style is fundamentals-first and deeply encouraging. I break down the mechanics of the game (footwork, shooting form, and passing) using the whole-part method so players truly understand why a move works. I work with a wide range of students from complete beginners who are new to the sport to elite athletes preparing for high school or collegiate careers.

With 4 years of division 1 playing and 4 years of professional experience. I bring to the table a tons of experience and knowledge for you to grow. Everything I learned on my journey will be easy access for you to learn from. Everyone is different so I don’t want to say I do anything one way. We all move and learn differently. I’m coach Roddi, I have over 20 years of Basketball experience and 4 years of coaching experience (elementary-middle school). I have always been told that I’m a great teacher because of how intentional I am with my students. As a 29yo guard myself, I teach a mix of old and new school (Kobe era basketball). When we’re on the court, fundamentals are the most important to the session. If you lack fundamentals, you lack foundation, with no foundation your opponent will expose your weaknesses.
