My coaching focuses on building a strong foundation that includes footwork, stroke mechanics, shot selection, court positioning and recognizing patterns. I was a swim instructor for the YMCA for a little while. I would teach beginners of kids who still struggle to learn how to float. Teaching younger kids have confidence in the pool was is always my goal when it comes to coaching. I love swimming releasing all my energy in the nice cold water helped my mental health.
