Former collegiate volleyball player who is now looking to help the next generation of San Diego high-level volleyball players. I was team captain all 4 years I played at Cal Poly SLO as the starting setter. I was taught by some of the best former DI setters in the country. I can help teach the correct fundamentals to ensure athletes are getting the most out of their training.

I love teaching in general but when I love what I’m teaching, it’s inevitable for me to make a lasting impression on my students/clients. Surfing is my favorite activity on the planet and it brings me great joy to pass on such an incredible pastime to others. I have taught all skill levels and ages from 4 years old to 74 years old.

I've been teaching surfing and swimming for 12 years. I still get fired up when someone catches their first wave! I got my start teaching in 2014 at Mission Bay Aquatic Center. Besides that, I've also worked with Life Rolls On, helping surfers with special needs catch their first wave since 2017. My teaching style is patient, fun and encouraging. I have traveled all over the world and can also teach lessons in español tambien!

I’ve surfed most of my life. I currently work as a surf coach at the Kelly slater surf ranch and am partnered with the WSL. I have experience teaching people of all levels and can teach at almost any surf break. I have a range of equipment for students of different levels. 🤙

Im a current lead golf instructor at Studio Golf in Pacific Beach. I’ve had the pleasure of working under numerous top 100 coaches in the country such as Devan Bonebrake, David Leadbetter, and Jeff Smith. Through this experience I’ve gain to tools to find the root cause of a players issues and how to appropriately address them. I also pride myself on creating the environment to be non threatening, personable, and FUN!

I started to play volleyball when i was teenager at school . I graduated in physical education (bachlerdigree)and I have 3degree coaching certificate. When I was playing volleyball I had responsibility to warm teammates as team captain. And also asisted my coach in the children(13_9)class twice a week because I always love volleyball and children . ​"I am an experienced mountain climber and have been a yoga practitioner for 6 years. Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.
