I’m an SCTA, USTA, and ITF junior player with over 30 years of experience in the sport. I’ve had the honor of becoming a national champion, which has fueled my passion for tennis even more. Throughout my journey, I’ve gained valuable insights that I love sharing with others, whether through coaching or mentoring young players. Tennis has shaped my life, and I’m excited to continue contributing to the sport I adore.

I teach the mental game along with the stroke instructions. This will speed your learning. I have a PhD in Cognitive Psychology with a specialty in motor skills, and am the author of Tennis in the New Age: Modern Science and Ancient Wisdom. Good for all levels.

I’ve been deeply involved in baseball for 18 years, playing alongside my three brothers, all of whom competed at the collegiate level. I was honored to be selected for the USA Northern California regional team and played for the nationally ranked Zoots Baseball program. In high school, I earned First Team All-League honors, and I went on to become a two-way player at Pomona-Pitzer, where I helped lead our team to its first-ever NCAA Division III World Series appearance. Now a Pomona-Pitzer graduate, I’m passionate about giving back to the game by teaching, mentoring, and helping grow the next generation of players—both on and off the field.
"Coach Ben was really helpful on improving my skills and getting me game ready. He was also really fun and cared about us and our team!

With focused dedication, I cultivate technical competent fighters in and out of the ring. I offer tailored boxing instruction, fostering technique, discipline, and confidence. My experience ensures effective skill development. I started my boxing experience when I was eight years old, and fell in love with the discipline. I started teaching when I was nineteen years old, and have a lot of experience in teaching several other combat sports as well. I want to pass these skills on to my students.
