Hi, I’m Kyleigh! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Integrative and Alternative Medicine and have completed a Master Health and Wellness Coaching Certificate through the Precision Nutrition and National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) pathway. My background combines evidence-based nutrition, health behavior change, psychology, anatomy and physiology, and holistic wellness.

With 10+ years of teaching and 20+ years of personal practice, I specialize in helping beginners, older adults, children and teens, people returning to movement after injury or illness, and anyone seeking over all wellness. My style is encouraging and lighthearted, creating a space where you can feel supported. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing, I personalize each session to your goals and my intention is for you to leave feeling strong and more connected to your body.

Since the age of 5, I have explored my fascination with music. Starting with Suzuki piano, I gave a recital in high school and went to Oberlin Conservatory. Continuing on to Peabody and Eastman, I completed my music education and moved on to IT while exploring additional passions in music on the side. I'm now back to music full time, with an emphasis on teaching conservatory-level classical piano and beginning/intermediate violin and latin percussion. I teach at your home or at mine in Danville.

Softball has been a lifelong passion of mine. As a two-time Hall of Fame inductee, three-time NFCA Division I All-American, and 2005 Women's College World Series participant (DePaul University), I've played and coached at many levels. As a former PE teacher, I've seen how important a strong foundation is for young athletes. I love helping players develop fundamental skills, build confidence, and create a lasting love for the game. I also bring the perspective of a former player with 9 seasons of contact football playing experience.

Former All-city athlete in AAA and WCAL, currently a personal trainer with focus on youth athletes and adults. Two years interning as an assistant coach for high school varsity football. Experience working with kids and Teens and overall great knowledge and communication skills. Russ is an experienced coach with over 25 years of leading athletes at the high school and youth levels. As a player, he spent two years competing in college after three standout years on his high school varsity team, where he helped capture a state championship and two league titles. His coaching career includes 25 years of high school varsity and JV football, as well as five years in Pop Warner. Currently, Russ brings his leadership and passion for the game to coaching high school boys flag football, where he continues to mentor and inspire student-athletes.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer with an emphasis on sports specific training. Being a past youth international soccer player gives me the knowledge and experience to be able effectively design my of programming to suite a variety of ages and skill level. My style is strength based , but also keeps my clients accountable. I’m result focus’s and use progression and regressions of skills to facilitate success.
