I have 17 years of playing experiences. I used to coach golf in a meetup group for 2 years. I work with beginners and mid-high handicappers. I specialize in short game and putting. I focus primarily on improving and mastering the foundamentals of short game and putting. The first lesson will contain proper grip & alignment, distance control, and building smooth tempo. I will introduce and set up plans to practice chipping, short pitch techniques, and putting accuracy.

Coach BJ Nard is a former Division I athlete and elite performance coach specializing in speed, explosiveness, and position-specific development. He has worked with NFL, NBA, Olympic, overseas, and youth to collegiate athletes, preparing them for combines, pro days, and competition. His system develops athletes who react faster, move efficiently, and perform when it matters most.

Hi welcome to my bio! I come from a very sport-centric family and have been playing tennis since the age of six at various levels. With over 30 years of tennis experience as a former college player and coach since 2007 I bring expertise in developing your technical skills, mentality, and fitness. One of my strengths is incorporating comprehensive and scientific-based nutrition advice to optimize your performance on court. Coach Breanna Carrillo is the Varsity Head Coach at Villa Park High School, Program Director of the Villa Park Women’s Soccer Program, Assistant Coach at Chapman University, and a club coach with Rangers FC South. She has experience developing players at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels, helping athletes prepare for varsity, elite club competition, and college soccer through individualized, high-level training.

Fueling court confidence is my specialty. For two years, I've helped players elevate their pickleball game. I bring passion, tailored strategies, and my experience as a dedicated player to every lesson.

My passion for tennis ignited on the court during my college years, and for the past 45 years, I've channeled that passion into coaching. I was the former Head Tennis Coach at Chapman University. I've developed All-Americans and National Champions along with players making H.S teams.
