Former college-level soccer player with five years of youth coaching experience, including leading my own teams. I focus on developing technical skills, game awareness, decision-making, and confidence through positive, individualized coaching. My goal is to help each player better understand the game, grow their abilities, and develop a lasting passion for soccer.

Ron is a former Division I football player who brings high-level playing experience and professionalism to his coaching. After his collegiate career, he earned opportunities as an NFL free agent, further sharpening his understanding of the game. Ron has also coached youth football, where he focuses on fundamentals, discipline, and building confidence in young athletes. His background allows him to connect with players at all levels, helping them develop skills, mindset, and a strong foundation for success on and off the field.

I'm an avid pickleball enthusiast, playing regularly about twice a week. While I primarily focus on singles play, I also enjoy the world of doubles. What sets me apart is my advocacy for playing pickleball with disabilities, as I personally use a prosthetic device. My mission is to teach pickleball in a loving and accepting way, demonstrating that this sport can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of their condition. "My son John is 16 years old. English is not my first language, so I used a translator to write this review, but I really wanted to share our experience. I have known Tomas for many years because we used to play soccer together. Even back then, Tomas was always one of the players who stood out. Now, at 48 years old, he still has an impressive understanding of the game and the ability to demonstrate the techniques he teaches. When I found out he was visiting his family in the Czech Republic, I immediately called him and asked if he could help my son. My son plays in the Slavia Prague academy as a central midfielder, the same position Tomas used to play. At this level, competition is extremely high, and my son was fighting to earn a regular place in the starting eleven. We only had three weeks during Tomas’s visit, so we made the most of it—two days a week with two training sessions per day. It was very demanding and my son was definitely sore, but the improvement in his explosiveness, acceleration, agility, and overall dynamics was absolutely worth it. Another thing that makes Tomas different is his many years of experience playing high-level futsal. His ball touch, control, and quick footwork are something he can still demonstrate himself, not just explain. That made a huge impression on my son. Watching Tomas work with him reminded me why he always stood out as a player. He understands what happens on the field and knows how to transfer that knowledge to a young player. I started playing competitive soccer at age 10. Driven by great coaches, I went on to play college soccer and join the Philippine U20/Senior Women's National Team pool. I currently play for the CSU Eastbay Pioneers and played for two years for the Pipers at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. I have also played for the So Cal Dutch Lions USLW/WPSL. Today, as an assistant coach for Legacy Speed and Elite IQ Football, with experience leading camps for Aitana Bonmatí and the San Diego Wave, I help young athletes build skills, confidence, and character.
