I've been coaching on TeachMe.To since 2024, spending hundreds of hours helping dozens of students learn tennis from all starting points. Whether you're just beginning or looking to take your game to the next level, I've got you covered! I managed the girls' varsity tennis team for two years in high school, preparing them for matches and major competitions alongside the head coach. As a player, I competed in intense district and state-level matches on the boys' varsity team. Additionally, I recruited new members for both teams over the summers and dedicated several hours each week to match play.

Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program.
