During my own transformation over 20 years ago, and since then, while working on maintenance after losing 170 pounds, finding a coach that didn't understand the changes that my aging body (im 58 now) was going through i was frustrated to say the least. I knew there had to be others like me who wanted more mature support and guidance. So i set out to become her. Now im certified in many areas, personal training, nutritionist, transformation specialist, senior specialist, core and functional movement, fall prevention, balance, and stability ball exercise. With 4 years of certified experience as well as over 20 years of personal experience, I provide personalized training plans and expert guidance to help you reach your full potential.
