Hi! I'm a current lacrosse player at the University of Redlands and an athlete since I was in diapers, which has helped me build extensive leadership and coaching skills over the years. I'm super passionate about helping players grow on and off the field and have been playing primarily defense for about 9 years now, but have experience in every position. I have a strong understanding of the game as a whole and have coached girls from elementary all through high school levels.

With a passion for golf that spans years, I teach real golf not just how to hit the ball. We will be going out on the actual course by lesson 8. I bring a wealth of experience to the fairways as a 7 handicap golf instructor. Specializing in swing training, strength conditioning, and mastering the art of the driver swing, I deeply understand the game's nuances. My dedication extends to perfecting short games and putting techniques crucial for success on the course. I seamlessly integrate my extensive knowledge of 18-hole course play rules, ensuring my students excel in technique and navigating the game's complexities.
