I’ve gotten the chance to play along side division 1 and pro basketball players from many places across the world. Yoga changed my life in 2013, and it’s been my passion ever since. Over the past decade, I’ve completed multiple advanced trainings, led three 200-hour teacher trainings, and helped hundreds of students build strength, confidence, mobility, and body awareness. Retired High School basketball coach in the Sacramento area. Coached AAU basketball for 12 years in Rocklin CA. I've coached 10u -17u age groups. I'm a patient but demanding coach who enjoys teaching the game of basketball. I've trained 1 on 1 and large groups as well.
