I have been an athlete my entire life and have been a dedicated runner including Ultra Marathon distances . I started playing Pickleball almost 2 years ago and have several tournament Podiums in that time. I would like people to learn the health and Social benefits of playing this game and also how to safely move around the court. Coaching is what I love doing and Pickleball is my passion.

I coached 14u and 16u softball I’ve played over 13 yrs baseball and now I’m a high school softball coach I work on fundamentals field in infield and outfield batting pitching and Running. The bases properly. I teach dedication, discipline and determination on all levels. and how to become leaders on and off the field.

I have been playing pickleball since 2005, and I have been competitively participating in Pickleball tournaments since 2015. I have played throughout the United States including; Arizona, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Minnesota, North Carolina, Florida and throughout California. In addition, I have been teaching and coaching for over five years. I have also created and run, as Tournament Director, eight pickleball tournaments for The United Way.

I have 14 years of swim training experience and a strong passion for helping others feel confident and capable in the water. I focus on stroke technique, water safety, and endurance while working with swimmers of all ages and skill levels. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each individual. My goal is to create a safe, positive environment where students can build skills, gain confidence, and enjoy swimming.

Fueled from a life long passion for racquet sports including playing for UC Irvine tennis 1986-1990, I became a dedicated pickleball enthusiast in January 2021. I started at over 190 lbs and currently am at 160 lbs and in the best shape I have been for the last 20+ years, so I know the benefits of pickleball. Not to mention the wide array of good friends I have made over the years. I currently compete at the Senior Pro level and my DUPR rating is over 5.0 in both singles and doubles. I work with all levels of pickleball players and have coached students now competing at the professional level. I am an IPTPA certified instructor and my teaching philosophy is not just about how to swing the paddle, but teaching the art of pickleball - strategy, spins, footwork, and how to get the most out of your game.

I’m on the verge of tears of happiness thinking about how much progress I made in just one session. Bill is patient and has a gift for explaining body mechanics in memorable ways that immediately click. We worked on my backhand returns, drives, and dinks. I realized I had been doing many of the fundamentals incorrectly, and Bill made each correction easy to understand and apply. By the end of the lesson, I was finally starting to develop the feel for a proper backhand drive after struggling with it for four years. I only wish I had taken a lesson with Bill three or four years ago. It would have saved me years of frustration and bad habits. I look forward to my next lesson and feel more confident heading into my next tournament. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who wants to improve their game.
