Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. My journey with tennis began in childhood, playing with my grandmother, which sparked my passion and led me to join high school and college teams. Since then, I've maintained a regular schedule of playing several times a week. I've also enjoyed teaching numerous beginners, adept at starting players from scratch and guiding them through their tennis journey.
