I am a pickleball player, former health and fitness coach, and currently working in a private practice as an associate clinical mental health therapist. Pickleball is a sport I value for its creativity, physical challenge, and its ability to both quiet and challenge the mind. In my coaching, I go beyond advanced pickleball technique by integrating the mental side of the game. I represented the Czech Republic at the 2025 Pickleball World Cup Championship in Fort Lauderdale and designed a pickleball-based therapy program for teens with anxiety and depression—helping players build confidence, focus, and resilience both on and off the court.

I’ve had a passion for competitive golf from an early age, with achievements like winning the Peninsula Country Club Junior Championship in 1999 and holding records at Burlingame Country Club and Harding Park. I was ranked as the No. 1 player on a team with two future U.S. Open competitors and played for the UC Davis golf team in 2001 and 2002. I've trained with over 10 PGA professionals and attended the prestigious Jim McLean National Junior Summer Academy. "Oh, I’d say the lesson was quite helpful, really, we worked through when to use line or cross shots, plus some focus on my forehand and backhand ground strokes. Though I’d like to get more practice on my serve and volleys at the net, the work on adding power to my serve felt quite useful.
