"Ark has been more than a piano teacher to us! He taught my son Jazz piano for 6 years now, and later jazz trio ensemble to both my sons and myself. He always took time to explain the theory as well as transcription and performance. To make sure the lesson is learned in detail, he makes notes of what is covered in class and what needs work for both the solo piano pieces as well as trio. He transcribes any song genre but made sure my son learned the jazz standards. All these notes and transcriptions were given to my son each class, as well as a CD recording gift at the end of each year. He is a great teacher and conductor and knows how to teach beginners to advanced, as my son progressed with him. A true jazz artist, and a natural teacher and mentor. We love him and highly recommend him!

Roxane has always been musically gifted. She grew up in a musical family and has been traveling and performing since age 4. She has loved singing, performing and playing a variety of instruments. After completing a Bachelor of Music at Biola University, she studied piano with Daniel Pollack one of the leading pianists on the west coast. After a near fatal car crash she went on to sing and study opera in Graz, Austria. On returning to the states she completed a sacred album and a double Masters in Voice and Piano singing Amazing Grace for the United States Airforce services honoring the crew of the space shuttle the "Columbia" when it crashed. Throughout the course of her musical career, she has had the support of her family and talented colleagues as she performs ,directs, adjudicates and records.
