Hi, I’m Alex, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength & conditioning, sports performance, injury prevention, and youth athletic development. I hold NASM certifications in CPT, Performance Enhancement (PES), Senior Fitness (SFS), Youth Exercise (YES), and Nutrition Coaching (CNC), and I’m also a USPTA Certified Tennis Instructor. My training approach focuses on building a strong foundation first—mobility, stability, balance, core strength, and proper movement mechanics—then progressing to strength, power, speed, agility, and overall athletic performance. I work with clients of different ages and fitness levels, from beginners looking to become stronger and healthier to youth and recreational athletes looking to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. Every program is individualized based on your goals, current fitness level, movement ability, and training experience. My goal is not just to give you a workout, but to help you move better, get stronger, perform better, and build results that last.

"My son John is 16 years old. English is not my first language, so I used a translator to write this review, but I really wanted to share our experience. I have known Tomas for many years because we used to play soccer together. Even back then, Tomas was always one of the players who stood out. Now, at 48 years old, he still has an impressive understanding of the game and the ability to demonstrate the techniques he teaches. When I found out he was visiting his family in the Czech Republic, I immediately called him and asked if he could help my son. My son plays in the Slavia Prague academy as a central midfielder, the same position Tomas used to play. At this level, competition is extremely high, and my son was fighting to earn a regular place in the starting eleven. We only had three weeks during Tomas’s visit, so we made the most of it—two days a week with two training sessions per day. It was very demanding and my son was definitely sore, but the improvement in his explosiveness, acceleration, agility, and overall dynamics was absolutely worth it. Another thing that makes Tomas different is his many years of experience playing high-level futsal. His ball touch, control, and quick footwork are something he can still demonstrate himself, not just explain. That made a huge impression on my son. Watching Tomas work with him reminded me why he always stood out as a player. He understands what happens on the field and knows how to transfer that knowledge to a young player. Writing this review is the minimum I can do to thank him. I truly hope Tomas can help many more young players the way he helped my son.

I have coached youth sports for overs 30 years. I played high school baseball and football. I enjoyed coaching youth pony baseball and Friday Night Lights flag football. I coached and mentored youth ages 8 years old to high school athletes. I have two years high school Lacrosse coaching experience. My approach to coaching is to have a positive and energetic attitude and focus on having fun learning and developing athletes. I emphasize sportsmanship, discipline and a competitive effort.

I enjoy coaching and teaching Lacrosse to beginner and Intermediate level athletes. I have coaching experience at the High School level. I have played at all levels, club, high school, academy, Division 1, & professional. I moved away from home at 15 to chase my dream, which led me to live in 7 different states and 3 different countries, learning what the game has to offer.
