I trained almost 70 people who didn't exercise or do any sport before in a sport called Dragon Boat Racing and we won 15 medals and 7 trophies while setting many winning speed records in many cities in the United States and Canada. I also helped a 520 lbs. woman lose 160 lbs. in just 3 months with training and my diet tips. I also trained a Korean teenager, who was a new student in a high school in Arizona for one month. He said that training with me for that month helped him get accepted into his high school's football team where he became the team's highest scoring running back. When he finished high school and applied for college, he was qualified to get an athletic scholarship if he played football in college.



Coach Terri West is an Elite ISSA and Equinox Fitness Training Institute Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Instructor, Tennis Instructor, and Nutrition Consultant based in Los Angeles. With extensive experience in developing results-oriented workout and nutrition programs, she has also served as the Assistant Director of Recreation & Operations at Mount Saint Mary's University and is an Adjunct Faculty in Physical Education. A UCLA lecturer in Sports Management, Terri continually enhances her expertise through continued education and real-world application. Combining traditional techniques with innovative methodologies, she specializes in strength training, corrective exercise, mobility, and injury prevention, ensuring her clients achieve their fitness goals in a fun and safe environment.
