As an avid golfer and golf instructor, I have had the privilege of teaching and playing the game for over 10 years. I have competed in tournaments throughout the United States and have had the honor of helping my students reach their goals and better their game. My teaching style focuses on fundamentals, such as grip, stance, and swing, to help students understand the mechanics of the game. I am passionate about golf and use Professional Training aids and devices such as TrackMan 4 to help others succeed in the sport.

I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I am a USTA Safe-Play Certified Coach with experience coaching juniors aged 4-15. I've coached camps, clinics, and private lessons as a nationally ranked player. I am a 7 UTR and have received Division 1 NCAA offers to play tennis competitively in college. I am open to coaching and hitting, whether it's with players who have never touched a racquet or intermediate players.
