"Sean is very clear with his instructions. He explains exactly what you need to know without being overly verbose and demonstrates well. Some people spend so much time explaining that you don't get much chance to practice, but Sean provides the right balance. If you mess up, he doesn't immediately stop you to re-explain because he understands you need to keep practicing before you can do what he said. Some people keep stopping you to keep re-explaining, preventing you from continuing to try to actually do what they instructed. Sean is good about letting you know what you did right and *how* you did something wrong. He always provides encouraging feedback.
