I started playing competitive soccer at age 10. Driven by great coaches, I went on to play college soccer and join the Philippine U20/Senior Women's National Team pool. I currently play for the CSU Eastbay Pioneers and played for two years for the Pipers at Hamline University in Saint Paul, MN. I have also played for the So Cal Dutch Lions USLW/WPSL. Today, as an assistant coach for Legacy Speed and Elite IQ Football, with experience leading camps for Aitana Bonmatí and the San Diego Wave, I help young athletes build skills, confidence, and character. Originally from Sweden, Henrik’s passion for golf started at age 11, growing up surrounded by a culture of excellence and friendly competition. He played professionally on the European Challenge Tour, Asian Tour, South American Tour, and Swedish Golf Tour before transitioning to coaching in 1990. Henrik has spent the past 30 years coaching national teams from Sweden, Norway, and Belgium, as well as players in numerous European and World Championships. He now teaches at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course in San Diego, where his fluency in Swedish, English, and French allows him to coach globally. Henrik also shares his expertise in biomechanics and technique as an international lecturer.

The player trains, I watch seven technical and game-intelligence areas, and the family gets a written Snapshot the same day naming the one priority that matters.
