My name is Daejah Phillips, I am a former D1 collegiate athlete that has experienced playing at a high level of basketball. Throughout my college career I have received a few awards such as tournament MVP, 6th man of the year, Player of the week, etc. I am now turning my focus onto helping others understand the game of basketball and know how to play the game of basketball.

Hiii :) I’d love the opportunity to coach in Volleyball because it’s a sport I started playing in the 6th grade and fell in love with it. I thrive in a teaching environment and working with children and it’s the reason I went to school to be a teacher. When I hear that there’s kids out there who want to play volleyball I get so excited and hope to pass down all my knowledge of volleyball to them and fingers crossed they love it as much as I do.

With 30 years dedicated to the diamond, I foster growth through tailored baseball instruction. I blend classic techniques with modern strategies, creating confident and skilled players. My passion lies in unlocking potential, one swing at a time. I am an experienced coach in all phases of the game that has had success in teaching the game from the beginner to the high school level including special need students.

With four years of dedicated football coaching, I strive to cultivate both athletic prowess and personal growth in my students. My passion lies in fostering a supportive yet challenging environment where aspiring athletes can reach their full potential. I believe football is more than just a game; it's a journey of discipline and teamwork.

I am an IFBB Pro, physique champion, with over a decade experience in bodybuilding, weightlifting, nutrition, contest prep, lifestyle, health & wellness, overall coaching to help people become the best versions of themselves. Masters Degree in Kinesiology, Nutritionist for over 10 years.
