Welcome to Golf Lessons by coach Kollar, where passion meets precision. Mile Square Golf Club in Fountain Valley is my home course, where I’ll often be found, sharpening & working on my game. As a trained golf instructor, I specialize in offering a personalized swing and short game lesson in golf. Whether you're a beginner, eager to learn the basics and fundamentals of the game, or intermediate player aiming to refine your overall golfing ability, the lessons I implement are designed to enhance your overall golf game, while most importantly helping you to enjoy the time you spend practicing. As a graduate of Golf Academy of America, Carlsbad, California (unfortunately no longer in business), I studied the golf swing, psychology of golf, and complex teaching methods as well as golf game management. I also learned how to build and assemble golf clubs, as well as expanding my knowledge on the vast and complex rules of golf. During my 2 years at GAA, beyond my studies, I competed at a collegiate level, making the competitive Golf Team each semester I attended. I came to understand that there are no two identical golf swings. My job is to influence you to find the mechanically correct way to improve your swing and develop your short game, to help you enjoy golf more than you ever have!

Margarita is a certified tennis instructor with over 20 years of coaching experience and a remarkable 30 years as a competitive player. A 5.0-level player, she has trained at renowned institutions such as the Rafael Nadal Academy and the Arantxa Sánchez Academy in Spain. Margarita has coached top-level Southern California juniors, high school teams, and aspiring athletes, specializing in tournament preparation and college scholarship training. With a Master's degree from St. Andrews University in Scotland and expertise in nutrition, exercise physiology, anatomy, and strength training, she offers a holistic approach to player development. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Italian, and Catalan, Margarita creates an inclusive and engaging coaching environment tailored to players of all ages and levels. Recently played in PPA Las Vegas and finished with silver in 4.5 Mens Singles. Having triumphed in Round Robin events at Tustin Pickleball, I bring over two decades of tennis expertise, infusing a unique perspective into pickleball coaching. Finished with the gold at recent CAPA event at Los Cab Club. Passionate about nurturing skills in a fun and enjoyable manner, I'm committed to helping players of all levels excel on the court. My name is Roberto. I was born and raised in San José, Costa Rica, and I came to the United States nine years ago to play college tennis. I graduated from Azusa Pacific University (nation's top 10 NCAA Division II school) with a B.A. in Business Management and served as the team's captain on my last semester. I have also coached beginner and intermediate tennis players of all ages in Costa Rica as well as several collegiate dual matches. Regarding my playing history, I have played tournaments in over 10 countries, obtained a junior international ranking, and reached a ranking of #8 in Costa Rica. As of this year, I started coaching pickleball and the experience has been no different! Concepts are very similar and time to raise level is actually shorter!
