Every drill has a purpose and is designed to improve performance during real matches. My coaching focuses elite ball control, speed, agility, first touch, shooting, confidence and game intelligence, teaching players when and how to use each skill under pressure. 30 years of European soccer experience, i help players become more effective, more confident and stand out.

Drawing on my playing experience at Etiwanda High School and Concordia University Irvine, I emphasize player development, accountability, and discipline while creating a positive, competitive environment that helps athletes grow both on the court and in the classroom.

I played high school girls golf as well as women's college golf at The Masters University and am continuing my golf journey as a level 1 associate! I specialize in pitching and catching but have thousands of hours teaching swing mechanics, mental preparedness, and fundamentals.
