Hi! I'm a current lacrosse player at the University of Redlands and an athlete since I was in diapers, which has helped me build extensive leadership and coaching skills over the years. I'm super passionate about helping players grow on and off the field and have been playing primarily defense for about 9 years now, but have experience in every position. I have a strong understanding of the game as a whole and have coached girls from elementary all through high school levels.

I learned a lot through my years of boxing. Patience in teaching any skill is key for accomplish the goals with each client. The goal is to immerse them into my world without even thinking that they are training. Boxing is science

My passion for soccer is currently going on 14 years. I've played against many different players of all levels, giving me the experience needed to a help a wide range of kids succeed on the field. I am committed fostering progression on and off the pitch, and this goes beyond drills; it's about maintaining grit while growing a deep love for the game. Teaching young soccer players will allow me to share all of the lessons that i've learned over the years which led me to be a Division 1 Soccer Player today.

I have been playing pickleball since early 2022 and received my PPR Associate Coach certification in June of 2023. Positive feedback from students reflect that I have a knack for easily explaining the rules of the game and can teach technique to beginners and intermediates in a fun and informative way. I have prior teaching experience in dance and gymnastics as a young adult. I have trained extensively at camps and clinics lead by numerous instructors and Pros, including Tyson McGuffin, Susannah Barr, Zac Taylor Lisa & Wayne Dollard, and Bobby Phoumy. Pickleball fondly reminds me of my younger days playing badminton and ping pong. We worked on a warm-up, forehand and backhand fundamentals, and hits from both the baseline and service line. He also brought in insight from his gymnastics and movement background, which was helpful because tennis a more fluid, almost dance-like feel. "I’ve taken a few lessons with Jacob now and my swing has only improved. What I liked most is he helped me understand how to generate more power in my golf swing, which is something I’ve been wanting to improve on as an 51 year old golfer, and also how to get it out without putting strain on my body. He does a great job dumbing down concepts for someone like me to understand i.e. making analogies to other sports and for me that helps a lot since I did not grow up playing golf.
