Hi welcome to my bio! I come from a very sport-centric family and have been playing tennis since the age of six at various levels. With over 30 years of tennis experience as a former college player and coach since 2007 I bring expertise in developing your technical skills, mentality, and fitness. One of my strengths is incorporating comprehensive and scientific-based nutrition advice to optimize your performance on court. Above all else my goal is to make tennis fun and competitive while fostering a love for the sport. See you on court!

Fueled from a life long passion for racquet sports including playing for UC Irvine tennis 1986-1990, I became a dedicated pickleball enthusiast in January 2021. I started at over 190 lbs and currently am at 160 lbs and in the best shape I have been for the last 20+ years, so I know the benefits of pickleball. Not to mention the wide array of good friends I have made over the years. I currently compete at the Senior Pro level and my DUPR rating is over 5.0 in both singles and doubles. I work with all levels of pickleball players and have coached students now competing at the professional level. I am an IPTPA certified instructor and my teaching philosophy is not just about how to swing the paddle, but teaching the art of pickleball - strategy, spins, footwork, and how to get the most out of your game.

I’m on the verge of tears of happiness thinking about how much progress I made in just one session. Bill is patient and has a gift for explaining body mechanics in memorable ways that immediately click. We worked on my backhand returns, drives, and dinks. I realized I had been doing many of the fundamentals incorrectly, and Bill made each correction easy to understand and apply. By the end of the lesson, I was finally starting to develop the feel for a proper backhand drive after struggling with it for four years. I only wish I had taken a lesson with Bill three or four years ago. It would have saved me years of frustration and bad habits. I look forward to my next lesson and feel more confident heading into my next tournament. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who wants to improve their game.

Coach BJ Nard is a former Division I athlete and elite performance coach specializing in speed, explosiveness, and position-specific development. He has worked with NFL, NBA, Olympic, overseas, and youth to collegiate athletes, preparing them for combines, pro days, and competition. His system develops athletes who react faster, move efficiently, and perform when it matters most.

I played football in high school, and throughout my journey, I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors who taught me valuable lessons both on and off the field. Because of what they poured into me, I feel confident in my ability to give back to the community, mentor others, and help the next generation grow and succeed.

Ron is a former Division I football player who brings high-level playing experience and professionalism to his coaching. After his collegiate career, he earned opportunities as an NFL free agent, further sharpening his understanding of the game. Ron has also coached youth football, where he focuses on fundamentals, discipline, and building confidence in young athletes. His background allows him to connect with players at all levels, helping them develop skills, mindset, and a strong foundation for success on and off the field.

Christina "Coach KIKI" Ramus Regan has coached for 6 years and over 2000 students. She runs 10 liveball clinics a week and coaches beginners to advanced players. She coaches 500+ students a MONTH on average. She believes pickleball is about making friends, getting fresh air and exercise in a warm, supportive welcoming environment.
