I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I’ve taught at UC Berkeley, Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, studios, retreats, corporate settings, and community organizations. Rooted in the Yoga Sutra, my classes - vinyasa, restorative, or yin - invite mindfulness, body awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering yoga as both movement and a way of living with greater presence.

Hola! I have an extensive experience tutoring and teaching Spanish of different ages and proficiency levels. I have 2+ years of experience teaching at high school level, and also have prior experience providing one-on-one Spanish instructor. I make the language learning process engaging by emphasizing speaking practice, conversation, and pronunciation. I started played a little over seven years ago. I’ve toured professionally for around two year, through all the Hawaiian islands, Cali and Washington.
