Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. "Full disclosure I am his little brother and he’s making me do this since he taught me golf. I never had interest in golf even to this day, but from every time I’ve been forced to go to the range(since I was a baby) he’s taught me what he calls “the swing he wish he had.” Although I never got into golf competitively, I am glad that I can hit a ball almost 300 yards when I go to the driving range with my friends.
