Former collegiate football player. Looking to help teach the fundamentals of the game to the newer generations. More of a general approach, however still paying attention to the little details while having fun.

I currently have 10+ years of experience in coaching in various sports. I have played pickleball for 5 years now and play at a 4.0 level. My coaching style to my clients is focusing on technique making sure that the footwork along with their forehand and backhand in either driving or dinking are simplied and practiced over and over. Repetition is key. The type of clients I train range from the age of 15 to 40 from players who are competing to play Division 1 or pro along with general population.

As a second-year M.S. student of Sport, Performance, and Exercise Psychology at CSU Long Beach, I have a passion for encouraging athletes to build a strong foundation of confidence, resilience, and mental skills to help them reach their full potential. I have over 16 years of playing experience at the premier level of NorCal club soccer, in addition to 5 years of professional coaching experience through Coerver, an internationally-recognized skills clinic which prioritizes improving individual skills, creativity and confidence on the field. I have experience working with children of all genders & backgrounds as young as 5 (building the basics) or as old as 17 (preparing to transition to collegiate soccer).
