With over 25 years of experience in the game, golf has been a lifelong passion that has taken me from junior competitions to D1 collegiate golf and beyond. I played for Oregon State University and did not miss a tournament. Additionally, I have competed at the U.S. Girls Junior Amateurs twice (‘08, ‘09) and the U.S. Women's Amateurs twice (‘12, ‘14). My PR is 64 back in high school. After college, I competed professionally on the Cactus Tour in Arizona, where I secured a tournament win at -11. While in Arizona, I also found joy in teaching, working with kids ages 6 to 12 at the TopGolf Summer Academy, helping them develop strong fundamentals and a love for the game. I also have experience going to Q-School and made it to Stage 2 my first year. What I liked most is he helped me understand how to generate more power in my golf swing, which is something I’ve been wanting to improve on as an 51 year old golfer, and also how to get it out without putting strain on my body. I’ve been playing pickleball for 6+ years with a strong tennis background, and what started as a fun hobby quickly became something I really care about. "Second lesson with Alex Lee and the progress is real. This time he focused on creating a relaxing foundation for how to hit powerful shots using my whole body. Instead of muscling the ball, he showed me how to let my hips, legs, arms and toes work together to generate power. He gave me clear cues that clicked right away. I could apply them in the next rally and actually receive praise from him on the spot, which helped me lock in the feeling. The greatest thing about this lesson was the shift from being a tense player chasing after every ball to being a relaxed player staying on my toes, moving toward the ball early and hitting a powerful shot that looks effortless. He would identify and mark the shots that looked effortless and have me pause to feel what my whole body was doing on good contact. Now I know exactly what that connected feeling is supposed to feel like. On top of that, the lesson showed me what flow state looks like when I am relaxed. Everything makes sense, you feel totally connected with your paddle and the ball, and the game just slows down.

Former D1 and D3 tennis player at Ball State University with a 12 UTR. One of my favorite moments in my career was making the Semifinals of the NCAA D3 Singles Championship in Orlando during my freshman year at Pacific University (Oregon). Tennis has been my passion since day one and it’s shaped who I am. Now I coach because I love helping others level up and see real improvement. Whether it’s fixing the little things or building confidence, I’m all about making the game more fun, competitive, and rewarding for every player I work with.

In keeping with the philosophy of Bobby Jones, the first person to capture all of golf’s major championships as an amateur, I believe that dedication and proper technique are essential for success in any endeavor. When you start playing competitivley you find that simply participating is not enough; one must strive to master the fundamentals and execute them correctly to fully appreciate and excel at the game of golf & life. Over the years I have dedicated tens of thousands of hours to the practice and implementation of the mechanics in the golf swing. This has granted me unique insights into the mental and technical aspects of playing well. I encourage a mindset of commitment and continuous improvement for myself and my students alike, regardless of one’s skill level.
