I enjoy playing pickleball, and helping others to play the game that is becoming quite the physical and social convergence. I will help you to learn the game, including all the skills for you to shape, and place, and hit the shots for winning the moment on the court. And we will even find a good time when we lose a game, or a point, with lots of lessons and laughter. Besides Pickleball and Tennis, I have a background teaching Partner Strength Training, and Partner Yoga. if that is of interest to you when we warm up, let me know. I am a pickleball player, former health and fitness coach, and currently working in a private practice as an associate clinical mental health therapist. I am a former NCAA Division I tennis player with 20 years of playing experience and 15 years of coaching experience. Lessons may include forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, overheads, returns, footwork, agility, and court movement. I teach at Athan Downs Park Tennis Courts and Central Park Tennis Courts in San Ramon, as well as Bay Club Walnut Creek and Blackhawk Sports Complex. I work with children, adults, and seniors age 60 and older. I provide tennis balls, a tennis basket, and ball retrievers. Please bring your racquet, tennis shoes, and water.
