I have been playing basketball since the age of 10. My brother was on the high school team and I have trained with him growing up almost everyday. I played on my college intramural team and have taken lessons from professionals that played in college. I regularly play in basketball leagues that even have players over 6’8” tall. I am well versed in young children as I have taught young students English from three years up. (I have my own kids these ages) I am bilingual Mandarin and can explain concepts well in both languages. I am patient, kind, and enjoy seeing others achieve their goals. I look forward to teaching any students be well rounded individuals not just in sports, but in life.

A little about my work as a musician : Over the years, I toured, recorded and played with numerous bands and artists such as, Carly Simon, Ben Taylor, Mike Keneally, Bryan Beller, Armande Sabel-Leco, Paul Barrere, Kenny Gradney and Bill Payne, Pato Banton, Brendon Small's Galaktikon, Bird York, Janet Robin, Gwen Stefani, Eve, The Roots and more ! I also have theatrical show experience with numerous plays and with Cirque Du Soliel's 'Totem' , ' Corteo' and 'Zarkana'. All these experiences have contributed to the variety of styles in my arsenal that I play and teach.
