I’ve been coaching many sports for several years. Mainly Flag Football and Tackle Football for 4+ years at many different levels. Not only have I coached it but i’ve played and been surrounded by it in any way imaginable from media, coaching, reffing, playing etc etc.

I’ve worked as a pin hitter majority of my career in high school and was a volunteer coach for our women’s team and a couple local clubs within the the 209 area. I’m usually pretty lax and joking but show my passion for volleyball through encouraging people to improve their reps and never settle. I’ve done well enough that I’ve managed to finish high school and even continue it into college. I’ve become well rounded in every position aside from libero.

I am an IFBB Pro, physique champion, with over a decade experience in bodybuilding, weightlifting, nutrition, contest prep, lifestyle, health & wellness, overall coaching to help people become the best versions of themselves. Masters Degree in Kinesiology, Nutritionist for over 10 years.

I kicked off my musical journey at 7 with classical piano lessons, later adding classical voice and diving into the guitar world at 14. From classical to rock and blues, I've played in bands, taught guitar, and crafted my compositions. Now, I'm here to share my love for music, having written soundtracks, songs, and jingles. Regularly performing, I'm also passionate about helping others record and produce their music. Let's explore your musical world together!
