Coach football tackle and flag. Been coaching tackle football for 20 plus years. Have 2 girls in flag and son in tackle. The plan is always to build a strong foundation of strong fundamentals, then we can go anywhere from there. I can coach all positions. But i specialize in wide receivers and defensive backs. Also a fitness coach. So i can get athletes stronger more agile and explosive. I’ve coached all ages and levels.

Experienced professor of writing and tutoring at prestigious, private and public universities. Holds an MFA and BA (Magna Cum Laude) from Columbia University. Currently teaches at the University of San Francisco (USF). Can teach composition, grammar, literary tools, creative writing, creative nonfiction, literary analysis, and literature. Adapts teaching methodology to individual student needs to increase aptitude. Creates detailed lesson plans based on goal setting and observable outcomes.
