Hi! I'm a passionate soccer coach with over 16 years of playing experience and 3 years of coaching experience. I've been in love with "the beautiful game" since I was 5 years old, and that passion still fuels me today. I currently coach at CCV and continue to play in competitive 11v11 recreational league in Tempe. My goal is simple: to help you become a better player technically, mentally, and physically. Whether you're just starting out, want to improve specific skills, or are preparing for competitive play, I’ll work with your unique goals to create a personalized training plan that gets results. I believe in developing well-rounded players and building confidence both on and off the field. I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and coach players from diverse backgrounds. Outside of coaching, I bring strong leadership and professional skills to the table. I recently graduated early from Grand Canyon University, earned my DASM certification, and have a proven track record of being hardworking, reliable, and driven by results. "Honestly, I found the lesson quite helpful, especially in how Javonntie was able to teach me. Though I still have some areas to improve, I appreciate the way he explained things clearly. The lesson's highlight was definitely his ability to teach me, which made a difference. Still, I think incorporating more drills related to shooting could help me sharpen my skills further. But overall, I’d be open to trying another lesson with Javonntie soon.

"Our two boys were looking to raise their skill level and Coach Roger helped with that by making our sessions fun and challenging. Their training time was maximized with tons of touches on the ball. They were given homework and did it all which gave them goals to work toward during the summer. Our oldest son even made a club soccer team for the first time after training with Coach Roger. Before we began training with Roger our younger son had difficulty putting the ball in the net even though he had a lot of chances.
