I have been playing soccer for 31 years, coached for 14 years as well as being a director of coaching for 4 of those years. I currently hold a Coaching license class C. I believe in development of players at any skill level. Ultimate goal is to get the player where they want to be. I range from academy to college level players.

With over 15 years guiding softball players, I cultivate not just skills, but a deep love for the game. I offer expertise-driven coaching, focusing on fundamentals, strategy, and athlete development. You can be soft AND hard. 5 years of boxing training in several local boxing gyms, including sparring experience. I specialize in working with women of all ages who want to learn fundamental, intermediate, or advanced boxing skills — without feeling intimidated, talked down to, or given watered-down technique. I've taught both large group classes and one-on-one. My approach is energetic and positive. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to leave every session stronger.
