I bring 20 years teaching basketball, pairing court wisdom with disciplined instruction. I combine technical skill development, tactical insight, and individualized training to enhance performance and confidence. I remain dedicated, professional, and approachable, making progress purposeful.

I have been a soccer player for 15 years at many competitive levels, I also have been a coach for the last 7 years. I have coached various skills clinics, and a UPSL club team. I am currently in college for my degree in Exercise Science which I hope to pursue into kinesiology. I have my CPR/First aid and concussion cert, I am licensed and cleared through the AYSO board to be a club coach. I also offer other services like game review, nutrition, and weigh lifting.

My name is John R. and I have been playing basketball since I was 12 years old. I pursued a professional basketball career and earned a callback tryout with the NBA G-League’s Idaho Stampede. Though I didn’t achieve my ultimate goal, the journey enriched me with invaluable knowledge and experience. I still have an immense love for the game and love to share that passion and knowledge to help others improve. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced player looking to take the next step I can help you. I have drills and workouts for improving shooting, ball-handling, defense and conditioning. My workouts will primarily focus on individual skill-work. Hi, I am Kate Casetta! I am a former Junior Olympic swimmer who competed for many years before retiring in 2023. My passion for swimming and pushing myself to be the best inspires me to share that passion with others through teaching. I enjoy working with all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence in the water and refine their stroke. My lessons are refined to each swimmer’s individual goals. For swimmers seeking I also incorporate USA swimming inspired techniques and drills.

Recent graduate and international college student from Barcelona, Spain. Four-year collegiate swimmer and Team Captain, with experience in ocean lifeguarding and teaching youth swimmers technique and confidence in the water. Excited to bring that same energy to a Swimming Instructor role.
