Former Senior B/Pro box lacrosse and field player from New England, now in Phoenix, AZ! With over 8+ years coaching, ages from 2nd grade to Men's (21+), I truly love coaching the game.

I played for two years at Desert Vista High School before competing for 4 years at American International College, an NCAA Division II program in the Northeast-10 Conference. After college, I started coaching as an instructor with i9 Sports and serving as an Assistant Coach for the Chandler Huskies. Driven by a passion for growing the game, I also founded Arizona Youth Lacrosse Association, a nonprofit dedicated to introducing lacrosse to underserved communities across Arizona.

As a runner who has completed a 100-mile ultra marathon and multiple full marathons, I bring real-world experience and a deep understanding of endurance training to every session. I create an encouraging, supportive environment where runners of all levels can grow. My coaching focuses on refining technique, building smart and personalized training plans, and helping you progress safely while preventing injury. During our sessions, you can expect clear feedback, structured workouts, and guidance tailored to your goals. I’m passionate about helping every runner discover their potential and achieve new personal bests.

I graduated from Golf Academy of America in 2017. Certifications in teaching and mechanics, custom club fitting, club repair and playing certification. Expert in GC Quad analytics. Open to all levels with focus on short game development and course management.

With experience of teaching at the first tee of Phoenix , from ages 4+ I focus on short‑game strategy and swing mechanics, and provide structured and fun coaching that is also focused on measurable progress.

I have been teaching in education for 20 years. I have taught all elementary school grades besides 2nd grade. In addition, I teach ESL and Writing courses to high school ACE students and traditional college students at Phoenix College. I have taught at the college level for 12 years as well.

I’ve been playing soccer since the age of 5 , playing for club , high school, and also recreationally, I am an experienced goalkeeper who also has a striker background, but is knowledgeable in all positions, due to having play almost every position possible on the field , I find myself very knowledgeable in all aspects of the game , I always feel respect and integrity should come first ! I’d love to share my experience and knowledge with those looking to step their game up.

I’ve been a youth soccer coach for 3+ years now, and have enjoyed every second of it so far. I focus on making sure athletes are enjoying the workouts, because in my book having fun is the most important thing for them to experience at these younger ages. While we primarily work on soccer skills, I also take the opportunities to teach them the real-life skills they can develop from soccer like how to be a good teammate and how to respectfully win or lose. I've been playing Pickleball for close to 20 years and didn't have anyone to teach me back then except other players so I formed some bad habits. Some of those I have fixed but still in the process of breaking the rest. I can teach new folks the game and coach players that are looking to become a better player by breaking some old habits while acquiring some beneficial ones.
