Hi, I’m Nikki, a registered yoga teacher and the founder of Aether Yoga Studio (across all social media platforms). My passion for yoga began as a personal journey — seeking balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to myself. Over time, I discovered that yoga is not just about movement; it’s about cultivating mindfulness, presence, and self-compassion. I believe yoga is not a luxury — it’s a practice for everyone, and my purpose is to make yoga, mindfulness, and meditation accessible to all, regardless of financial situation, background, or where you live. I know life isn’t always easy. Things get busy, unexpected, and sometimes heavy — mentally, emotionally, and physically. That’s why I’m here: to offer a compassionate, supportive space where you are understood, welcomed, and never judged. My mission is to be more than someone who teaches you yoga. I strive to be a true partner to our community, bringing people together through empathy, inclusivity, and care. Whether you are brand new or experienced, whether you’re here to move, to breathe, or simply to find peace, I am here to help you meet those goals. With 3+ years of dedicated yoga instruction, my coaching style is rooted in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and mindful space where students of all levels feel supported in their practice. I teach as young as age 2 and as old as 100!
"Ms. Nikki has been working with my little one for 4 weeks now. My little looks forward to doing yoga with Ms. Nikki. Since starting yoga, my daughter’s mood has changed dramatically. She is 3, but has big feelings. Her focus and attention span have broadened due to the stories and games Nikki incorporates. We continue to work on her emotional regulation at home with the breathing techniques that were shown to us. Her fine motor skills are improving with already a few short lessons. Ms. Nikki continues to show compassion and empathy to her students and it shows she really loves her work. Thank you Nikki for working with my rambunctious little one and helping her grow into a little yogi.
