I embarked on my tennis journey when I became my wife's hitting partner, gradually immersing myself in the game and honing my skills. As my love for tennis grew, I ventured into competitive play, discovering a true passion for the sport. Oh, yeah, so with this lesson, I think we really honed in on the basics of it all, which I found quite helpful. Though I’d probably stick with more of the same, I do wish there were a few more varied drills to mix things up. Still, I can see how focusing on the fundamentals is a solid foundation for future improvement. Hey, if you’re into strengthening your core skills, hence seems like a pretty steady option to give a try.

Hence is full of great advice, and is especially good at correcting bad habits. In our first lesson he helped me identify, and started to help me correct, the parts of my swing that was causing me to hit the ball too high. By the end of the hour, my stroke felt unpracticed and different, but waaaay more effective than before. Looking forward to locking in the gains in my future lessons!
