Coach David Sandi is a Miami Tennis Performance Coach, Exercise Science graduate, ex-professional player, and Founder of Tennex Lab. He helps competitive players develop the technical, physical, and pressure-performance qualities that must hold up in matches. His coaching integrates tennis development, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise movement, match-video analysis, decision-making, and pressure training.
