I am Michel, a life and sports coach specializing in racket sports, including tennis, pickleball, and table tennis. With a background in performing table tennis and track & field at the national level, I have been coaching sports for over 18 years. I also have experience coaching a junior rugby team in England, focusing on fitness and recovery. Hiking, tennis, and pickleball are my daily passions.
