"Highly recommend this coach for technical guidance and thoughtful feedback. I improved quickly in just one session. We worked on a warm-up, forehand and backhand fundamentals, and hits from both the baseline and service line. He also brought in insight from his gymnastics and movement background, which was helpful because tennis a more fluid, almost dance-like feel. My lesson with Ken was quite helpful, especially in understanding proper strokes. Though I still need to work on them, I left feeling more aware of my shot control and confident I can build on this with more practice. Honestly, I appreciated how the lesson started to focus on practical adjustments but also he made it more fun with mixing it with multiple strokes from my end that it looked like I’m already playing! Still, I hope to see further improvement, but I’d say it’s worth trying Ken if you’re aiming to learn good techniques or refine your game.

I find Ken’s approach to be quite detailed, especially when tailoring to different skill levels, which is pretty helpful. The lesson focused well on my current abilities and how to build on them, though I still see room to keep working on the basics while moving forward. It’s reassuring to have guidance that’s both specific and encouraging. If you’re keen on steady progress with a coach who really pays attention to the finer points, Ken might be worth trying out.

Honestly, I think Ken’s approach really meets you where you are at skill-wise and gradually builds from there. Each lesson feels like steady progress, and still, we manage to have fun along the way. I’m hopeful about continued growth, especially with his thoughtful guidance. If you’re interested in tennis and want lessons that develop you naturally, you might want to try Ken out.

After 10 years away from tennis, I can confidently say this was the best session I’ve ever had. I learned more in one session than I did in years of training before. Grateful for the patience, knowledge, and the way every detail was explained so clearly. Excited for the journey ahead.
