I began in aquatics—competing in swimming and coaching swim teams—then expanded into Group X instruction, building a strong foundation in movement, conditioning, and athlete development. After earning an Associate degree in Kinesiology, I transitioned into sport-specific training, coaching basketball, boxing, and overall performance.
