As a second-year M.S. student of Sport, Performance, and Exercise Psychology at CSU Long Beach, I have a passion for encouraging athletes to build a strong foundation of confidence, resilience, and mental skills to help them reach their full potential. I have over 16 years of playing experience at the premier level of NorCal club soccer, in addition to 5 years of professional coaching experience through Coerver, an internationally-recognized skills clinic which prioritizes improving individual skills, creativity and confidence on the field. I have experience working with children of all genders & backgrounds as young as 5 (building the basics) or as old as 17 (preparing to transition to collegiate soccer). I can’t wait to help you or your child develop as an athlete and achieve your goals!

With 18 years dedicated to learning and playing the beautiful game, I am now a retired professional and credited student-athlete. My background includes playing for the LA Galaxy Academy for 5+ years along with their professional team for one year. Additionally, I took my abilities into the college game where I played five seasons at UC Santa Barbara (4) and Gardner-Webb University (1), where I earned several accolades. I used these experiences to launch personal training sessions in Santa Barbara, North Carolina, and Long Beach. This allowed me to turn my passion into inspiring and teaching the next generation of athletes. I strive to improve players’ technical, tactical, mental, and physical abilities through sessions geared on individual strengths and weaknesses.
