Hi there!! My name is JQ Molgaard and I am a NCAA Division 2 soccer player at Southern Nazarene University. I am currently getting my degree in Exercise Science and plan on coaching after graduation. I have been training young athletes from ages 5-18 years of age for 4 years and absolutely love it! I want to help young soccer players succeed and do this through agility & speed training, working on technical skills, position specific drills, and game-like fitness.

I played soccer an all levels from recreational teams to high school to college and now whenever I get free time I get together with friends and we play.
