

I have been evolving on my fitness journey ever since I started lifting in my high school gym 5 years ago. I used to be a heavy lifter with focus on heavy compound movements and weight lifting. I have no explored other areas of fitness including Pilates and yoga for the past three years. With this experience, I want to help others discover a fitness routine that they can rely on to see results as well as having a sustainable practice with a focus in Pilates and Yoga.
