“Excellent and thoughtful approach to overall lesson.”Jeffrey F., studentAbout SpencerI’m a natural athlete who believes that age brings wisdom, enhancing my approach to sports. Pickleball, to me, is as much about mental strategy as it is about skill. My teaching style is fun and easygoing, which helps others enjoy the game while improving. Ranked around a 4.0 I often surprise opponents with my power and precise placement on the court.Go to profileSpencer G.
“Cai offered to play music during this lesson, which added a fun element to an already fun time! He has been great about keeping things just on the edge of my ability level so I'm always challenged but not overwhelmed, and gently encourages me to notice & work on where I can take on harder shots. I'm really enjoying my lessons & the game overall. Thanks Cai!”Gretchen L., studentAbout CaiI’ve been playing pickleball for 3 years and have spent the past 2 years with VCU’s pickleball club, serving as a captain both years. I’ve led practice drills and worked individually with teammates on form, technique, positioning, and identifying areas they can improve.
I especially enjoy breaking down technique in a way that’s easy to understand and adapting how I teach based on the player. Whether you’re completely new to pickleball or an intermediate player looking to clean up your game, my goal is to help you understand not just what to change, but why it works.
As I build my student base on TeachMe.To, I’m offering introductory rates for my first students — a great opportunity to get personalized coaching at a lower starting price.Go to profileCai D.
